To succeed in a big celebration, is a perfect planning. This is not so simple when you consider that a wedding is in itself already an exciting affair, and then you should still keep a cool head and organize a party in which everything goes smoothly.
For on no other party to such perfection is a big claim as to a wedding. How do you make it, then, can succeed in the dream wedding?
It’s simple: you are working with check lists, then forget anything.
Get started early on enough, you first write down everything you can think on the subject. Remember that there are different themes, according to the different phases of the great day.
It has proven to be useful to keep the registry office and church for their own checklist, and another for organizing the celebration.
Think about what activities have the longest lead times. First, the identification must, of course the date. Once you have determined this, make a guest list and send out the invitations. In order not to lose track of them, you check off on this list who is in or even canceled. This list, provided it is clearly held, it can later be used to write the place cards too.
We are already in the checklist for the ceremony. This dates to qualify for the selecting of the menu, engaging a band and participants for the entertainment. Also, remember that a reservation may have room to come for those guests who are from far away.
In everything it should be noted, can easily rise to the feeling of overload. Therefore: get help. Feel free to delegate some of the tasks, so you do not lose track, and on the big day, everything works smoothly.
